Contact

We'd genuinely like to hear from you — whether you've found an error in a calculation or benchmark, have feedback on the tools, or want to suggest a calculator we should build next.

The best way to reach us is by email:

adculator@gmail.com

AdCulator is an independent, free resource. If you're reporting a data correction, a link to your source helps us verify and update it quickly.

Who you're writing to

Email goes to Ovi C., AdCulator's senior editor — the same person who writes the guides and maintains the benchmark pages. There's no support desk, no ticket number and no chatbot in between.

What to expect

We read every message and aim to reply within two to three business days. Corrections usually move faster than that, because they're the ones that matter most.

There's no contact form to wade through and no newsletter sign-up. We don't add your address to anything, and we don't pass it on — email us and you'll get an email back, and that's the end of it.

Reporting a data correction

Our benchmark figures come from published, cited sources, and accuracy matters to us. If a number looks off, include (1) the page and the specific figure, and (2) a link to a source we can check. Well-sourced corrections are usually reviewed and updated quickly.

It helps to know that country and industry figures are labelled directional on purpose — they're a sense of the range, not a quote, and they move with season and auction competition. A gap between our number and yours isn't automatically an error. A gap between our number and the source we cite definitely is, and we want to hear about that one.

Suggesting a calculator

Missing a tool you need? Tell us the metric and how you'd use it — many of our calculators started as a reader request. The most useful suggestions say what you're trying to work out and what you already know, because that tells us which direction the calculator needs to solve in.

What we can't help with

To set expectations honestly: we don't audit ad accounts, manage campaigns, or offer paid consulting, and we can't tell you why a specific campaign underperformed — we have no visibility into your account. We also don't accept paid guest posts, sponsored links or placements, so outreach on that front will get a polite no.

For most "is my number normal?" questions, the benchmarks section and the guides on a good CPM, CTR and ROAS will get you an answer faster than we can.

While you're here, some of our most-used tools: CPM calculator, ROAS calculator, Campaign Forecast, and our advertising benchmarks.
